Organics: Our organic Red and Yellow potatoes are sold seasonally, and are very similar in texture to our regular Red and Yellow potatoes, but are typically smaller in size. Please note that these potatoes are prone to sprouting, and may not store as long as regular potatoes.

Russets: The russet potato is a white- flesh potato with a thin, brown skin. These potatoes are very dry in texture, making them the best type of potato for French fries, and any other form of frying, as these will come out with a perfect golden crust. Please note: we do not carry these potatoes year round, only seasonally.
