Adagio Acres is a small Manitoban family farm which puts a big emphasis on working with the environment to promote biodiversity and setting high standards to ensure their products are safe for those with celiac disease. Their specialty is an oat variety called naked oats, which where once well renowned, prized for their nutty flavor and greater nutritional value until higher-yielding varieties drove them out of the picture. Adagio Acres is one of a few farms worldwide who still grow naked oats for taste, higher protein and more environmentally friendly milling process.
